By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the App, regardless of location or jurisdiction.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Google Play's terms regarding in-app purchases, Google Play's terms shall prevail with respect to those specific matters.
Future Me is a simulation and entertainment application designed to let users:
The App is a simulation tool for entertainment and personal use only. It does not make real phone calls, send real text messages, or connect to any telecommunications carrier or messaging service. All calls, chats, and notifications produced by the App are entirely simulated and occur only on the user's own device.
The App is intended for personal entertainment scenarios set up by the user — such as pranking friends, practicing conversations, or creating reminders. The simulated calls and chats are not real communications and should not be relied upon as such.
You are solely responsible for the content you create within the App, including contact names, avatars, chat scripts, voice recordings, and media attachments. You represent and warrant that:

Labeling content as "prank" or "entertainment" does not exempt it from platform policies against deceptive behavior, impersonation, or misrepresentation. You are legally responsible for how you use this App.
The App does not require user registration or the creation of an account. You can start using the App immediately after installation without providing any personal information.
No login credentials, email addresses, or other identifying information are required to access the App's features.
All data you create in the App — including contacts, chat scripts, voice recordings, reminder settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device only.
We do not collect, transmit, upload, or store your simulation data on any external servers. Your content never leaves your device through the App.
You retain full ownership of all data and content you enter into the App. We do not claim any ownership, license, or rights over your user-created content.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and store in the App. We do not verify, validate, or moderate any user-created content.
Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the App, clearing app data, or performing a factory
reset will result in permanent and irreversible loss of all your data. The App
explicitly disables Android Auto Backup (allowBackup="false"), so no data is backed
up to Google Drive or any cloud service. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from
device damage, app uninstallation, operating system updates, or any other cause.
The App uses the device camera for live selfie preview during fake video calls (preview only — no photos or videos are captured or stored). The microphone is used to record voice messages for scripted chats; recordings are saved locally in the app's private cache directory and are never transmitted.

All purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
We do not directly collect or store your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Google Play.
Refund requests are handled by the Google Play Store in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds. The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of advertisements displayed in the App. Interacting with advertisements is at your own risk.
Ads are never displayed on the incoming call screen, in-call screen, or any full-screen intent notification. Ads are only shown in standard app screens.
Users who have purchased ad removal will not see any advertisements within the App.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not grant any ownership rights to the App or its intellectual property. You may not use the App for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
This license is automatically revoked if you violate any of these Terms. Upon revocation, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

The developer is not responsible for any consequences arising from third parties' reactions to simulated content or for any misuse of the App by users.
We do not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or software configurations. Certain features (such as full-screen incoming call display or exact alarm scheduling) may behave differently or be restricted depending on device capabilities, manufacturer customizations, and system settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamTech.VN, its developer (Nguyễn Đức Minh), and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may also notify you through the App or the Google Play Store listing.
