By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the App, regardless of location.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Google Play's terms regarding in-app purchases, Google Play's terms shall prevail with respect to those specific matters.
Reminder Call is a personal reminder application that lets you:
The "calls" are simulations that run only on your device. The App does not place real phone calls, send messages, or connect to any telecommunications carrier. The characters are fictional and their videos are pre-recorded, generated media bundled with the App.
Reminder Call is a convenience tool. It must not be relied upon as the sole safeguard for anything where a missed or late reminder could cause harm — including medication that must be taken on a strict schedule, medical treatment, safety checks, or emergencies. Use appropriate professional tools and advice for such needs.
Preset reminders such as "take medicine", "drink water", or "rest your eyes", and the fictional doctor/nurse/coach characters, are generic wellness prompts for convenience only. They are not medical, health, or professional advice and do not create any doctor–patient relationship. Always follow the guidance of your own healthcare professional.
Reminders rely on the Android alarm system. Delivery may be delayed or prevented by device settings and manufacturer battery-optimization behavior, including: notifications being turned off, Do Not Disturb, battery saver or aggressive background restrictions, the App being force-stopped, or the device being powered off. The App shows a permission checklist to help you enable what it needs, but we cannot guarantee that every reminder will ring at the scheduled time on every device.
The App does not require registration or an account. You can use it immediately after installation without providing any personal information. No login credentials, email addresses, or other identifying information are required.
All reminders, custom names and avatars, streak data, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store this content on any server.
You retain full ownership of the content you enter. You are solely responsible for it; we do not verify or moderate it. You represent that you have the right to use any name or picture you set as a custom character and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Because all data is stored locally, uninstalling the App, clearing app data, or resetting the
device will result in permanent and irreversible loss of your reminders and streak.
The App disables Android Auto Backup (allowBackup="false"), so no data is backed up
to Google Drive or any cloud service. We are not responsible for any data loss.
If you grant camera access, the App shows a live front-camera preview of yourself during reminder video calls. This is preview only — no photos or videos are captured, stored, or transmitted. The App does not use the microphone.
The App may offer an optional purchase to remove advertisements, and may add further optional purchases in future versions.
All purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing and charged to your Google Play account. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. You may also contact us and we will help facilitate your request where possible.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, which may include ads from Unity Ads through mediation. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of advertisements. Interacting with advertisements is at your own risk.
Ads are never displayed on the incoming-call screen, the in-call screen, the reminder confirmation screen, or any full-screen intent notification. Ads appear only in standard app screens and are clearly distinguishable from app content; they do not imitate system notifications or call interfaces, and they never prevent you from dismissing a reminder.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal reminders. You agree not to:
Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license to use the App.
All intellectual property rights in the App — including its design, user interface, source code, character videos, voices, artwork, text, logos, and trademarks — are owned by DreamTech.VN or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. The character videos are licensed for use inside the App only and may not be extracted or reused.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible Android device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license is automatically revoked if you violate these Terms. Upon revocation you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and without warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in such jurisdictions the above exclusions may not apply to you.
The App is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. You use reminders — including medication reminders — at your own risk and remain fully responsible for your own health, schedule, and obligations. The developer is not responsible for any consequence of a missed, late, or unheard reminder.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or configurations. Features such as full-screen incoming-call display, exact alarm scheduling, and background audio may behave differently or be restricted depending on device capabilities, manufacturer customizations, and system settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamTech.VN, its developer (Nguyễn Đức Minh), and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App; consequences of a missed, delayed, or unheard reminder; data loss or device malfunction; or damages caused by third-party services, advertisements, or content accessed through the App.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) ten US dollars (USD $10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DreamTech.VN, its developer, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms or of applicable law, any content you create within the App, or any harm caused to third parties through your use of simulated calls. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, address security issues, or add features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice, to require updates for continued use, and to remove or restrict features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified functionality.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By using the App you represent that you are at least 13, or are using it with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We may terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which permanently deletes all locally stored data. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) shall survive.
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or telecommunications outages, governmental actions, infrastructure or power failures, disruptions affecting third-party service providers, public health emergencies, or acts of war or civil unrest.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at minhnd.dreamtech.vn@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve it within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Vietnam, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
Any claim arising out of these Terms or the App must be filed within one (1) year after it arose, or it shall be permanently barred, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by DreamTech.VN.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Export Compliance. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the App in violation of applicable export laws, including those of Vietnam and the United States.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DreamTech.VN regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; for material changes we may also notify you through the App or the Google Play listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws (such as the European Union), nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights under those laws that cannot be contractually waived or limited.
